02.01.2022 Do you like reading books set in different countries? Where was the last book you read set? I actually love reading books set in different countries. It makes me feel like I'm navigating the streets of a new city, taking transport there, eating out there and sometimes learning few new words in a different language. I even love it more now since we can't travel. The Paris Affair by Pip Drysdale @pipdrysdale is a very good read. Pip Drysdale is such a witty author. She is funny..., clever and clearly likes mystery and suspense. Totally my kind of person The story is a thriller set in Paris. Harper (the main character) is a British writer/journalist that moved to Paris for a job. She obviously get caught in some trouble because she is that kind of person Harper loves her whisky and coffee and have them often throughout the book.
