24.01.2022 Some more ideas for this week....

20.01.2022 Booyalians wish dads everywhere a very happy Father's Day. We hope that you've had an extra-special Sunday. Enjoy - you deserve it! :)

19.01.2022 Today we acknowledged the immense contribution our amazing teacher aides make to the education and well-being of Booyal students. Mrs Vaughan, Mrs Kovacs, Mrs Bendell, Ms Clair and Mrs Mandrek wear many hats, working closely with teachers and students to provide invaluable support every day. Each and every one of them is a unique and incredibly valued member of our school family who goes above and beyond what is written in their job description. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation is given to them all. Thanks ladies, you are amazing! x

19.01.2022 'Thank You' to members of the Childers Wesleyan Methodist Church who prepared and delivered a delicious morning tea for staff today. What a thoughtful and generous gesture - very much appreciated and enjoyed. :)

18.01.2022 Happy days ahead for all concerned! We are looking forward to seeing everyone back on Monday 25th May. What a wonderful day that will be!

14.01.2022 Don’t forget this Friday 4 September is a student free day.

13.01.2022 It's a start.....

10.01.2022 Sharing a moment from last week's drama lesson when students imagined being on a wild rollercoaster ride. Hope it makes you smile. Have a great day!

07.01.2022 Year 6 Enrolments for 2021 are commencing. Today Mr Prince and Mrs Brandon visited a number of the local primary schools, giving out flyers about our Open afternoon next Wednesday and how to book Enrolment interviews. We look forward to getting to know the Year 6s and their families.

07.01.2022 We had a lovely, happy afternoon to celebrate the end of a very unusual term. Parents became the students, reliving some of their school days, including lunch, a variety of lessons, soccer (result students 2: adults 2), cross country (although some grown-ups cheated and hid half way!) and a trivia competition. Thank you to everyone who came along and socially distanced, and especially thanks to our young 'teachers' who did a wonderful job in front of the class. Have a lovely holidays everyone. Enjoy the break together, (this time without having to do any lessons!).

05.01.2022 On P&C day we give special thanks to our wonderful committee members; Robyn Vella, Desrae Harrison Bendell, Cassie Gray and Kerry Mandrek , as well as all those parents and community members who support activities throughout the year. The support of the P&C is highly valued by us all. Thank you all. P.S. The children will thank you properly next week. ;)

03.01.2022 Go whale watching she said. It will be fun she said. Maybe she was wrong...

01.01.2022 Thank you to the ‘Read To Me’ ambassadors who travelled from Childers to provide reading/craft activities and to encourage children to remind adults around them about the importance of being read to, regularly. Many students got into the spirit of ‘Read To Me Day’ by coming to school dressed as a character from one of their favourite books.
