14.01.2022 A truely great beer... Coopers Ruby porter made with old improver (a combination of dark malt, light malt and dextrose) and Galaxy hops added. Left to ferment for 10 days and then into the keg in the fridge for 4 days to sit. It is a smooth porter with a hint of fruitiness due to the hops .. a creamy coloured head with a distinct malt aroma. Not too heavy and a great cold weather beer and around 4.8 percent. Thanks to Sue and her advice for helping make a great social brew....Thanks Bob Anthony for writing this beer report for me and the great pic with your son Jack and his mate Zac.
