The spring rain and beautiful temperatures helped our plants provide us and all our neighbours with really tasty home grown strawberries. Some saying it reminds me of eating my father's strawberries when I was a child. Or they don't taste like that in the supermarket! 15.01.2022 Does it matter if you breathe through your mouth? Yes it does according to a book I am reading, recommended to me by one of my clients, "Breath The New Science of a Lost Art" author James Nestor. Gigi a 7 year old girl had crooked teeth, dark circles under her eyes, lips chapped and open mouth breathing, suffered chronic snoring, sinusitis and asthma and just started developing allergies to foods, dust and pets.... 2 years later she was nose breathing, her teeth were straight, she no longer snored, no dark circles, her allergies and other respiratory problems had all but disappeared, Gigi looked transformed! Nestor reports over time mouth breathing destroys health, increases blood pressure and pulse rate, leads to lack of balance in the nervous system, body temperature and mental clarity decrease and you can generally feel awful. 01.01.2022 Do you love Diamond Art? I was just chatting with my client and she was sharing how much she enjoys her Diamond Art. The finished product always looks good but the repetitive, fine detailed movements are actually contributing to her elbow pain.
