25.01.2022 We would firstly like to start by congratulating Daniel Wilson on taking out 1st with a $1000 plus our awesome COVID style trophy. 2 place went to Rudy Turoczi and 3rd to Shaun Dunn. Thank you to all that came to bowl in the tournament today and a lot of bowlers getting back into the sport they love. Thank you to Tracy Turoczi, Rudy Turoczi and the team at Mt Warren Lanes for holding our first BR stop back from COVID. We realise there are still a lot of restrictions in plac...e and that this stop was not sanctioned but we think you guys have done an amazing job. Once again thank you to all our sponsors today Glen Cagney from Yatala Pumping and Irrigation, Troy Geary from Gizmo's Pool Care, Rudy from Rudy's Pro Shop and Corey Mills from CM-Graffiti Murals & Designs. 06.01.2022 Congratulations to Matthew Glen Fryer on winning our first stop at Coolangatta Tweed Tenpin Matt defeated Blake Walsh 236 to 172 in the finals Equal 3rd William Hoole 208 and Matthew Hurst 203... Equal 5th Alicia Melton 186 and Troy Geary 165 Equal 7th Morgan James 176 and Sarah Hartley 141 Semi finals with Alicia Melton and Matt Fryer came down to a tie. From there a one ball roll off happened to decide who would go through. First ball both Alicia and Matt rolled a 9 Second ball Matt took it out with rolling a 9 against Alicia’s 8 Will and I would like to thank everyone who participated today without you today wouldn’t be the success it was. To Ray Trenham and the team at Coolangatta Tweed Tenpin thank you for a extremely busy day. With a few computer problems overall it was a very well run day.
