24.01.2022 Hello all, The joys of living in a Covid world! We are thinking of you Victorians over these few days Sadly, we have decided to postpone our session next week on 20th July due to the current Victorian lockdown.... We will plan to meet again at Thurgoona Community Hall on Tuesday 27th July at 2pm. Please bring your face masks! We will be in touch if there is any change to this plan. 23.01.2022 Border Sonic Choir was established in 2019 to create a supportive environment for patients and their carers / families. Aphasia is a communication impairment often as a result of a stroke. People with aphasia often retain singing ability despite their language and speech difficulties. 19.01.2022 I’ve had a busy time during our enforced isolation so I mad a Richmond football quilt for my eldest son’s 40th birthday, taught one grandson to see, another to cook and sing Frere Jacque much to the delight of my French daughter in law- and found time to smell the roses. Mary Seidel.

10.01.2022 This week’s sing a long with Border Sonic Choir at the Jazz Basement Albury Wodonga was uplifting for everyone. Looking forward to a year filled with song and new friends. We have already been booked for 3 performances!

09.01.2022 Hello all, We are looking forward to seeing you next Tuesday, 27 July 2021. We are thinking of you Victorians still in lockdown - but hope that our NSW members can still come. We still cannot sing yet, but have a number of other things to do:... we want you to bring in your songbook (if you have one) so we can add/delete some songs. We also can do some percussion activities, and listen to some songs. The committee can tell you what they’ve been planning, and we are interested in any ideas you’d like to suggest. And we can have afternoon tea! Of course! Lots of opportunity to catch up on each other’s news. Hope to see you next Tuesday 27th at Thurgoona Community Hall with your songbook and face mask. 08.01.2022 Hello all choir members, Due to the COVID-19 situation, we have reluctantly decided to cancel our weekly Monday sessions for the next 6 weeks up until the end of April. We know you will understand this for all the reasons put forward by the health experts and the government.
