24.01.2022 Welcome back to Term 3, we trust you have all had a wonderful holiday break! Monday is a Staff Development Day, with staff engaging in professional learning. We can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling faces and share a holiday story or two on Tuesday 21st July. Students who have travelled to Victoria in the school holidays, it is mandatory that they complete 2 weeks self isolation, please contact the school to discuss a return date for your child.... We are looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday.



23.01.2022 K-2 had a superb morning session focusing on skills that improve their reading. As a school we have a strong focus on improving our students reading. We can’t wait to share this with you the moment we can host information evenings again. Stay tuned!

23.01.2022 Well, that’s a wrap on a wonderful term of learning. Have a well-deserved break and rest up ready to come back for an exciting term of learning in Term 4! Excitingly during Term 4 our Kindergarten transition program will run, with more information to be distributed early next term. Term 4 commences on Monday 12th October 2020.

22.01.2022 Father's Day is just around the corner and Boree Creek PS wants to celebrate all the awesome Father's and Father figures in our community. To celebrate, we are hosting a COVID safe drive by Father's Day breakfast. Booking's are preferred for catering purposes and most of all we cannot wait to celebrate all the wonderful Father's in our community.

17.01.2022 Breakfast Club was a massive hit this morning. This initiative coordinated by our Wellbeing Officer, Miss Erima Collins-Roe runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

17.01.2022 This term we welcome a new School Learning Support Officer (SLSO) to Boree Creek Public School. Miss Christina Mullavey will be working Monday to Friday, 8:45am 1:30pm out of the 3-6 classroom. Thank you once again for your support and welcome to Miss Mullavey!!

15.01.2022 As part of National Science Week we are hosting an Indigenous Astronomy & Star Gazing evening for all students this Tuesday 18/8/2020. The evening starts at 6:45pm and consists of an Indigenous Astronomy Zoom, followed by pizza and star gazing. We are asking when parents drop student off to please not come onsite. Teachers will be waiting to escort all students inside on arrival and outside on departure. We will take plenty of photos and share them, so although we are unable to have parents onsite, they will still feel apart of this exciting incursion. It is going to be a wonderful evening and is open for all students K-6, can’t wait to see you there!

12.01.2022 As part of National Science Week we have been learning about propulsion in our science unit. On this glorious sunny day all buddy scientist made straw rockets before heading outside to test their prototype. #scienceweek2020

01.01.2022 Boree Creek P & C committee have organised a lucky number system raffle draw instead of our usual end of year raffle to be drawn at our Presentation evening. To begin with there will be limited numbers available starting with the first-round release of numbers 1 100. Depending on sales we may open a second-round release of numbers to be sold. Get in quick and personally select a number and don’t forget you can purchase an unlimited quantity of numbers (so long as they hav...en’t been purchased). You can select your desired numbers via this Facebook post or alternatively text requested numbers to Gin Jones: 0427 206 295 or Mick Cunningham: 0428 575 207. Numbers are $5 each with a number of payment options available for ease of payment. Payment options are; Direct deposit into the Boree Creek Public School P & C account; BSB: 633 000 Acc.
