Run with the Macquarie Group, it was an opportunity to learn more about running a social enterprise, and to solidify skills that will help us create a sustainable impact. We learnt a whole lot about Australia's social enterprise scene, and learnt even more from the people behind some truly exciting organisations. ... As grant recipients, we've put our money where our mouth is we firmly believe that it doesn't matter how old you are, your choice can always make a difference. That's why we've established our kids' range. Malaria takes the life of one child every two minutes, and now, kids in Australia and all across the world can know that the mozzie-free tee they wear on their back is keeping others safe from a deadly disease. The single biggest issue is getting enough money to put them in the hands of the people who need them most. That’s why we’ve made our tees to make a difference - each one can put a bednet over two people for three years! It has been just over 6 months since our launch, and we're only just gearing up for what's to come.
