22.01.2022 Update: Where we are at four weeks since re-opening. 391 rescheduled bookings and 380+ callbacks on new enquiries . It's not been easy, and has involved long hours during and after hours, but we think we've tried to contact everyone who called us or needed to reschedule their missed appointments. From here on it's business as usual to book in. Still busy so the machine will take details if we can't pick up but we will call back end of day if not sooner. There's not ...much space left on 2020 FYI We will be closed due admin and health reasons Mon 2nd Nov and also Cup Day Tues 3rd. 20.01.2022 As you have probably heard by now there is a case of Covid-19 from (tennis) hotel quarantine that has alerts for exposure sites in SE suburbs (Noble Park, Keysborough, Springvale . See DHHS website for more details) please get tested if you've been near any of the sites and reschedule your booking if necessary. 14.01.2022 Operational News: from December we are making some changes at the salon: Jane will be starting maternity leave and we've decided that the Shop will be closed (door locked) for sales and walk-ins on Tuesdays .. but Tuesdays will become cat-exclusive Mewsdays for the summer and possibly longer Special times will apply for drop off and pick ups. We will increase dog grooming slots on Monday afternoons to compensate Our end-of-year break will be from 25 Dec to 10 Jan. Remaining space in December and January is filling fast as the ripples from lockdown bookings continue to affect our normal rhythm, and we shall miss Jane's contribution to our efforts at this time, but we will try to serve you to the best of our ability. Don't forget if you are not well, even a sniffle, please do not come in unless you have been tested and deemed covid negative.
