05.01.2022 We are proud to support Netball Victoria and encourage all of you who can and if your personal circumstances allow, to pledge your membership to continue to grow and improve our great game. As a proud Netball Association /League, we are very grateful that Netball Victoria has demonstrated sound decision making - both now and in the past - for the overall benefit and longevity of our sport. As a sport, we have always done a lot with a little. And this is evident now more tha...n ever. In an environment where some multi-national corporations have faltered- a small, not-for-profit state sporting organisation, is still chugging along. It’s not quite business as normal working environments, staff hours and the way netball is delivered have all had to change but it is business as usual. Netball Victoria exists to improve people’s lives, and we are thankful that they will withstand the pandemic and be there to support organisations like ours and our Clubs now and into the future. Our Association/League is also in a sound position. Things will be difficult, but with the support we receive from both Netball Victoria and our community, we know we will be okay. In all areas of our lives we have been forced to adapt over recent months, and netball has been no exception to this. But at the end of the day we #PlayForTheLove. And the small sacrifices we have had to make will soon seem a distant memory when we are back on the court and thriving once again. A strong Netball Victoria is important to us, not just for our Association/League, but for the overall longevity of the sport we love. At this time, we are strongly encouraging our members to pledge their 2020 Netball Victoria Membership. Your Netball Victoria Membership is an investment in the future of our sport. Having a Netball Victoria Membership is saying, yes, I support my Association/League, my Club, my Coaches and my Umpires. It’s saying I love my netball, and I want to see it thrive on the other side.
03.01.2022 Umpires! Tell us what you think... uniform for the upcoming season (or next year, which ever comes first!) Embroidered with our logo- either way will look but want to know which one!
03.01.2022 Is there someone in your netball circle that deserves recognition for the incredible work they do? Surely, we all know a person like that at BNA! So often, this hard work and dedication goes sadly unnoticed- let that person know what an impact they are having and how important they are to our great sport. Nominate them now for the Netball Victoria Community Awards!
02.01.2022 Gordys Gasbags Episode 30 this Friday night 8pm AEST with Beryl Friday on Netball, Racism and the Future.

01.01.2022 Just quietly folks... we are super excited to see you all THIS SATURDAY as the mighty Boroondara Netball Association returns!!! Check out this map of the entry/exit points, as well as spectator areas for the first round back. These will need to be STRICTLY adhered to, and any *funny business* will result in the removal of spectators from the venue. Access to the venue is only permitted once the previous game and its participants have left- so, not to be rude, but leave quickl...y after your game!!! ONLY ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN/SUPERVISOR per player is allowed. NO siblings or other children allowed in the netball venue. There is copious room, ovals and grass galore outside of the netball space which you are welcome to use (and a rad playground up the hill to entertain littlies!). You will still be able to see all the action from outside the fence-line if you are an "extra"! Spectators are politely (but firmly!) asked to stay in the designated areas, whilst adhering to social distancing and mask-wearing requirements. Courts 4 and 7 are available for your viewing pleasure, but movement between courts will not be allowed. Lastly, and arguably, most importantly- the BBQ will be sizzling and the coffee machine brewing for all your breakfast/morning tea/lunch/afternoon tea (or any combination of the aforementioned) needs! The Vegetable Connection and the wonderful Josephine will be back for your yummy fruit and vegetable shopping! Cashless payment are preferred and strongly encouraged for both the kiosk and market stall. The BNA website has sensational resources regarding Covid-19 and netball and we strongly encourage EVERYONE to read and know their responsibilities! www.bna.org.au/wellbeing/covid-19-and-netball Your club co-ordinators and Covid Safety Officers have attended a pre-season meeting and have all the information you need- contact them if you have any questions!
