25.01.2022 Racing is back! We've been deciphering the rules, conversing with DHHS, developing our COVID plan and we are ready to go. It is short notice, but we are planning on sneaking in our first meet back tomorrow (which aligns with our standard 3rd Sunday of the month schedule in any case). There are some rules in this brave new world however. You must pre-register as attendees need to be recorded for logging purposes. And you need to abide by the rules of our COVID plan. All de...tails are available on our website and if you meet the required criteria and wish to attend tomorrow, please fill in the form. bendigorccarclub.com

18.01.2022 A couple of small follow on's to yesterdays Classic Registration post. I didn't make it clear that this page now contains the actual registration listing in it so jump on there to see the classes and up to date registrations. Secondly, thanks Tony Gray for pointing out the rule corrections for Mini class. This has now been updated. And finally, it's overdue to call out the great work of Tony McMahon in the creation of the promotional flyer here. Particular hat tip to the "...Straight outta quarantine" logo in case you might have missed the subtlety. Great stuff. https://bendigorccarclub.com

17.01.2022 I finally got around to resurrecting the old website's beginner section. In the lead up to the warmer months and the resumption of racing, we're seeing more and more curious people dropping by on race days. So now we can direct them here for more information. If you're new to the hobby and interested to know more, check out our Curious section of the website here. https://bendigorccarclub.com/curious/

17.01.2022 Just to re-iterate, there is no race meet scheduled for August 16th which would have been our scheduled monthly meet. Stage 3 lockdown restrictions prohibit this. All going well and people complying with the lockdown, the restrictions will hopefully not be extended beyond the 2nd week of Sept and we’ll be able to return to racing for our scheduled Sept 20 date! Stay safe everyone!

16.01.2022 A great turnout today followed by our AGM with a new committee voted in. Check out the details on the website: https://Bendigorccarclub.com

15.01.2022 At the risk of appearing to flaunt our freedom to our locked down Melbourne followers (sorry guys), if you are a regional Vic member intending to race next weekend, we'd love to be able to track and plan for expected attendees. This isn't a formal registration process but we do want to have an idea on how many we might expect, given the growing attendance numbers and COVID considerations. Help us out by jumping on the website and let us know what classes you will run so we can plan in advance. Thanks! https://bendigorccarclub.com

13.01.2022 It's with deep regret but it is the right thing to do now to give anyone who has made accommodation bookings sufficient time to cancel. Sorry if we got your hopes up but we were supposed to be over this thing by now! Stay safe everyone and we'll see you for the Classic in 2021! #2020-worst-year-ever

05.01.2022 Unless you were living in a bat cave for the last 3 months, you may have noticed that the World kind of stopped. There's much speculation about how it all start...ed, one theory floating around is that someone ate a bat overseas which led to 7 billion people being stuck in their houses. So for the nature of this write-up, we'll go with the bat story. Fast forward to now and we have a whole raft of rules in place which has pretty much written off the very thought of travelling or hosting any type of event in 2020. With that in mind, it's with a tiny heart and large wings that we have had to cancel the rest of ATS2 2020, which includes Brisbane Round 4 and Melbourne Indoors Round 5 Rest assured though, we will be bat in 2021! As soon as we get word from that guy who operates out of that large funny shaped building in Canberra, we will be straight on to organising ATS for 2021 We would like to thank you for all your support throughout the year, the team here at ATS were all very excited to showcase our new and improved formats and features that we were working very hard on for the past 6 months, but never mind, there's always next year! Thanks to our title sponsor, Hearns Hobbies & our series sponsors Essential RC Pty Ltd, R.A.B. Hobbies, Plaig Bearings, RC MAKER, 1up Racing, Marc Rheinard RC (MR33) & PROTOform See you back on the track in 2021 Ryan, Chris & Tony

01.01.2022 We're happy to announce that this year's Bendigo Classic is incorporating the Mini Nats into the event! All the truck, FWD-TCR and Mini entries will now fall under the banner of the Mini Nats so if you're a traditional Mini Nats attendee, this is the event to register for! We'll continue to hold off on taking payments given the COVID uncertainty, so don't stress about paying now; just get your name on the list and put it in your calendars!
