05.01.2022 JUNIOR SEASON UPDATE Teams are currently being formed and provided to the CSJBA and will be finalised in the coming days. We are still looking for more Players in the U7 TBALL (DOB 1-Sep-14 thru 31-Aug-16) and LL Minor Player Pitch (DOB 1-Sep-08 thru 31-Aug-10). If you have any friends or family that are looking to play please have them contact us immediately.... All other Age groups are either full or have 1-2 spots available only. Further, more detailed, information regarding Teams and Coaches etc will be sent out later this week. UNIFORMS The next uniform open day will be Saturday, 26 September from 1 pm to 3 pm. This will be the last open day before the season hits off. All other orders will need to be processed online from our website under the resource section.

When: Sunday 4th October Register your interest at : [email protected] It’s time to blow out the cobwebs and roll the arm over prior to the season kicking off on the 11th. It’s a big year for Bosco with significant facility upgrades underwayit’s also a perfect time to celebrate Bosco’s 40th Anniversary..what better way to start off the season than with a bit of Bosco vs Bosco fun! Proposal: 2 Senior games 1st game 2 random teams made up from 4th to 7th grade 2nd game 2 random teams made up from 1st to 4th grade Requirement: 4 teams (36 players min) Format: Modified for time (60 min), this is intended to be fun, not serious, a chance for everyone to catch up over some Baseball (adhering to Covid restrictions). Open to suggestions for format.positions picked out of a hat.everyone has a pitch etc..?? First game 1100 - 1200 BBQ Break 1200 1300 Second Game 1300 1400 We are mindful that this is the long weekend, however, if you are unable to get away, take a stay-cation and start the season off the right way!!

The online form is on the club website under Resources>Forms.... Once ordered April will let you know when they are ready for collection. For those waiting on pants orders, April will be in contact when they arrive.

01.01.2022 BASEBALL IS BACK Round 1 Junior Team Story of the Week. Congratulations Junior League Division 2 Sky !... Unfortunately pipped at the post 10-8 by Cronulla. What we did see was great team work as we merge new friendship players and coaches from Comets. We also saw that a defib was nearly needed when Dan got super excited and was encouraging the kids on the diamond. We saw some great catches and hits by the kids. Oh and we also learned a valuable lesson about not taking your un-leashed dog for a walk on a baseball field (the umpires didn’t like it, but the spectators were giggling, and congratulating themselves that it wasn’t their dog out there running amok!) What a great way to begin the season.
