15.01.2022 Ok usually I post about hair or scissors, but today ’ : It is so okay for you to feel how you’re feeling. Angry, frustrated, f*cked off (cos that’s totally a legit feeling), sad, lonely, overwhelmed, no idea feeling, a messy concoction? ... Ain’t no one got a guide for this sh*t at the moment and we’re all doing the best we can with what we’ve got. It’s so important to remember that. In fact, I encourage you now more than ever to learn to make space for your feelings if you don’t know how. And to have someone/s you can call, turn to that can also hold space for you to just let it all out... move through it! Be it a coach, a friend, a fb group, a partner, someone who you feel comfortable to simply be whatever you need to be AND keep it mind different times, different people, different spaces. Today I ain’t got much in the tank, I cried this morning too. So go easy on yourself, your feels, knowing or not knowing what you need or what’s happening! You’re not alone, I promise you this Xx Be mindful of what you absorb into your minds and lives right now. Create your environment and continue to create your support network!
