22.01.2022 BOSS Engineering has position vacant in their BOSS Built assembly team. This is a excellent opportunity suited to an individual who is willing to learn all areas of assembling BOSS ute trays. This role may include but is not limited to: Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.... Assembling Ute Trays, trailers, tool boxes, headboards and other components associated with the BOSS Built division; Fitting ute trays and all associated parts to vehicles; Undertaking basic electrical tasks, including fitting wiring harnesses, switches and lighting; Gaining a sound knowledge of the business products, operations and desired outcomes; Working within the assembly team as an effective member; Having the ability to work positively under pressure; Time management and prioritising skills; Having a professional & courteous personal manner; Other duties as required. A successful applicant will: Be willing and eager to learn all areas of BOSS ute trays. Contribute positively and regularly to their team and work environment. Be able to adapt to change and achieve outcomes in a timely manner. Not be afraid of hard work. Be willing to work flexible hours driven by work load and deadlines. 20.01.2022 Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Manager BOSS Engineering is seeking a qualified and reliable service and maintenance manager. The successful applicant will be... responsible for managing and carrying out all service and maintenance activities for vehicles and equipment owned by BOSS. We are seeking a experienced individual who is meticulous, proud and thorough in their work. You will be required to keep detailed and systematic records along with being organised on a daily and long term basis. This role is suited to a individual with experience who wants to schedule and organise their own week to meet the demand required (you only have one customer and that’s BOSS). It is not a high pressured role, but is suited to someone who enjoys progress and the completion of tasks. As the equipment to be serviced is so varied the person requires the ability to seek out information not readily available in house. The person will be required to manage expenses for the service/ Maintenance department. The successful applicant will also have the desirable skills to train and manage an apprentice. This position is based in Inverell with no off site travel required. You will be provided with a work vehicle to be used on the BOSS grounds.
