We often place so much onus on ourselves to succeed or win without really understanding what success truly means.... To me success isn't just financial, it's physical, mental and spiritual! Succeeding in what we call life means to wake up everyday and seize the opportunities which we are given and doing it with an attitude of gratitude! When we approach life( even the lows) with this can do attitude of gratitude we will always WIN! We will always be a CHAMPION because we see the beauty in life and we see start to appreciate the small things in life which we often take for granted! 24.01.2022 How's this for 4 weeks progression for one of my newer clients Josh! - 5.6 kg in Bodyweight - Body Fat 2.3% - Subcutaneous Fat 1.8%... - Visceral Fat 2 For me - my clients know I'm not overly big on digits and figures but more so on instilling willpower and educating them on the best methods to sustainably be better humans physically and mentally--but can't help but be super proud of @karensadekphotography and Hubby Josh who used the Covid isolation period to refocus their energy and attention onto their health and fitness and hired me to help push them further! 21.01.2022 Are you really working as hard as you think you are to achieve your goals? I often ask clients if they're still progressing with results etc and often I hear that they've plateaued in certain areas and I always go back and ask them about what they're doing and if it is enough. Remember what you may deem as enough at the beginning of your journey may not be enough as you progress.... As your progress you get stronger, fitter, faster and your metabolic requirements may also change. Constantly keeping track of your progress will help you stay on top of these plateaus and gives you insight as to what can be changed to better push you further forward. You should be coming out of your workouts feeling like you've given it your all each time! RAISING THE BAR NOT JUST IN YOUR FITNESS BUT YOUR FOOD AND EVERY DAY LIFE! Be wise with your choices when it comes to alcohol as some drinks can be jam packed with calories we didn't even account for! 05.01.2022 2 years since I opened BossFit PT and I don't think I've introduced myself Hi Guys! I'm Joseph, but go by Joe mostly and I'm the owner of BossFit PT. I've been a PT for over 10 years now and my passion for helping people be better mentally and physically grows year in year out!... Most of you who follow my page know me already but some of you may not! My background is mostly in powerlifting and strength and conditioning but I really love soaking up as much knowledge as possible and delve into all styles of training myself! It's super important as a coach to verse yourself with as many styles of training as you can as we are all students of some sort and we should always be willing to learn more! In my 10 years of training I've managed franchise gyms, owned my own gym and multiple freelance PT businesses aswell, the past decade of learning in different environments has allowed me to hone in on what I love most and that's to deliver quality education and exercise programs to people from the comfort of their own homes! I'm a mobile PT- what that means is that I save you the hassle of joining a gym or travelling to train as many of us are time poor or have other reasons and or excuses to skip the gym!
