21.01.2022 Love a good Negroni? Then you’ll love ours! -boodles gin, campari & belsazar rosso- Mr Poland’s Negroni first mixed at Calle Casoni in 1919 for Count Negroni. The Count was tired of his favorite cocktail the Americano so asked a bartender to substitute the soda for gin, and so was born the Negroni. Just like the count Mr Poland was tired of the classic Negroni, this, with addition of smoke in the making adding another layer.

13.01.2022 Allow us to introduce you to our Bar Manager... Jay was born in Turkey and has now been living in Australia for nine years. He completed his bachelor of Business in hospitality management in Sydney and has worked in all different areas of hospitality however mostly in 5 star bars. This included opening them, training staff and setting bars up for success. Intercontinental Double bay, W brisbane and Emporium South Bank are few of them. Hilton Sydney at Marble Bar and Hilton Brisbane are my proud other hotel brands.

No more waiting in line at the bar and having question anxiety, we will come to you and we are more than happy to help. Our littl...e bar has expanded, as we have opened into the Alleyway. This is a great space for groups to dine from some of the great surrounding restaurants while we sort you out with some delicious drinks. Finally thanks for your patience, it’s not always smooth sailing but we love that you have continued to support us. The next few months will see us continue to educate our staff and pass that knowledge onto you, and you may even see us roll out a small food menu!
