14.01.2022 In the cooler months it is so easy to become a hermit and stay inside out of the chill. Just remember that it’s vital to get daily doses of sunshine in winter for your body and also your mood. The sun is the best natural source of Vitamin D, which has some important functions in the body. It promotes reduced inflammation and modulates cell growth. It’s also very hard to get enough Vitamin D from food sources alone. It only takes 5-15 minutes of sunlight to notice a difference, so get outside and expose yourself to direct sun on your arms and face to soak up this necessary vitamin. Just remember to use sunscreen if you’ll be outside for more than 15 minutes.

10.01.2022 Staying home - Over the past week I have been a little quiet on social media as I have been unsure of what the future will bring. As most of you know Botanical Beauty & Co only opened our doors four weeks ago and the support and love has been incredible. I want to say thank-you from the bottom of my heart. I created Botanical Beauty & Co as I’m a big believer in wellbeing and self-care, which is why I have decided to close my doors while the COVID-19 situation unfolds. I’ve ...felt quite overwhelmed and unsure over these weeks of the unknown. The wellbeing for my clients, myself, our family and our community are important to me. Even though my doors will be closed I have some beautiful new products arriving in the coming weeks that I’m looking forward to sharing with you that will help with your immunity, beauty and wellbeing through this time. Botanical Beauty & Co will open its doors again soon. I feel this is a time to pause, we all work hard and take a lot for granted. Now our health and wellbeing should be our sole focus.
