22.01.2022 Finding your Crystal A question I get asked daily is how to choose your crystal because knowing what crystal you need can be hard and sometimes we get overwhelmed by trying to find the 'perfect one'. Something I like to encourage people to do is to let the Crystal choose them. Let your intuition take control and see what you are most drawn to - it might be simple & you want to wear it because you are drawn to it's beauty or you might feel an unexplainable pull & you might... not even be able to explain why you are drawn to it. 14.01.2022 Do you journal? Journaling is a ritual of mine I have practiced for as long as I can remember. I use to keep diaries in high school and always found it so therapeutic. For me, I find getting all the jumble out of my head and writing it down to be the best stress relief I have even if it's as simple as jotting down my to-do list or what tasks I completed that day - it truly does help.... I also like to journal about how I'm feeling (as cheesy as that sounds ), what my dreams or goals are, what I want to accomplish by a certain date or certain recipes i want to remember. I also use my journal for my designs, business ideas and aspirations and I loooooooove looking back on it and ticking them off I wish it was more organised but to me it makes complete sense - to a stranger it would look like a jumbled MESS lol.
