14.01.2022 Just an updated post as ive had a few people messaging me, I had open heart surgery on the 16th of January this year, 9 weeks ago I was hoping to be back up & running again in 3 months wishful thinking on my behalf, they dont tell you it takes at least 8 months before my sternum starts to heal and im still very sore and very limited in things I can do, so it will be awhile yet but as soon as im good to go ill let everyone know Sonya.

11.01.2022 Just thought i would give every-one an update on why there's been no new posts :-) i had a mild heart attack a few weeks ago & have been in & out of hospital having tests done & today while undergoing the stress test i had another mild one :-( im now booked in for heart surgery this coming Tuesday & wont really know how bad it is till they get in there & have a look, so unfortunately ill be having to postpone all cleans for the rest of this week and next, and wait & see what happens Tuesday, so sorry to every-one.

08.01.2022 Surgery went well & im home :-) very sore but getting there slowly

06.01.2022 So things didnt go well today, ive been admitted to frankston hospital awaiting a bed at the Alfred hospital for open heart surgery so ill be out of action alot longer than I thought
