21.01.2022 Tumeric is known for its anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and DNA repairing properties. Taking a tumeric supplement daily and using in facial masks is fantastic for the skin, particularly for those who suffer from rosacea and/or acne.

19.01.2022 this client had a fall about six weeks ago, damaging her tailbone (sacrum/coccyx). This was causing her all kinds of problems getting in and out of the car and lying in certain positions. We worked the various muscles of the lower back to release spasming, and added in some thermal/laser therapy with fantastic results. One treatment and feedback is she's much better!

17.01.2022 This is Michelle, our lovely client who is a personal trainer working from a great little studio nearby. She comes to us for regular deep tissue massage as well as dry needling followed by infrared heat for her quadriceps. She trains hard, incorporating weight bearing and cardiovascular exercise, and of course, yoga. More importantly she listens to her body and acknowledges what it can and can't do, particularly as she gets older. Women also have additional factors to consider such as the onset of menopause and the fact that we generally find it harder to build muscle as we age. However it is NEVER too late to start a fitness journey. I trained with Michelle prior to spinal surgery and was reminiscing with her today how I couldn't even do a 15 second plank back then. What a difference a bit of intention and commitment can make.

03.01.2022 Collagen Induction Therapy (also known as skin needling), works to repair lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyper pigmentation, and uneven skin texture It is a minimally invasive and non-ablative treatment, and results in significantly quicker collagen production compared to the more aggressive treatments. You can expect a bid of red flushing and a slight 'sunburn' feeling for the first 24 hours, and possible slight discomfort during the procedure in some areas. Other than that, it's well worth it!
