23.01.2022 Winter seems to create damaged skin while simultaneously offering the perfect plants to heal it. Calendula can be overlooked in the garden for fresh skin health, yet it's one of the most widely used plant based ingredients in the natural skincare industry. These bright blooms fill our gardens this time of year and adorning your skin with them connects you with a strong source of plant medicine to tackle dry, cracked and sensitive skin. ... Drink the essence of those petals in herbal teas, smother the skin with facial steams, soak in flower filled baths or apply pre made products infused with her natural beauty. Calendula thrives this time of year and is a beautiful reminder your skin can too. These organic seeds created our rows of flowering Calendula's growing @thefarmatbyronbay

19.01.2022 Just some flowers slowly making their way into skincare. This garden is growing into all kinds of beauty we can wear. And because of this, I have some new products and workshops releasing soon

19.01.2022 Adventures around our home with baskets and secateurs always lead to foraging something special with my little boy. Today we found these wild roses down near the creek. These plants are over 70 years old and have been growing wild for at least 50 years. I'm not sure what species they are but gosh they are pretty. I've worked with roses in skincare for many years and adore all the properties the flowers embody.... But growing them and working closely with the fresh petals is all new. This harvest will be dried and used to decorate a private event next weekend. In the mean time I'll be learning more about this wild rose and how best to work with her. Spring magic
