24.01.2022 E M P T Y B O T T L E S - Found a perfect use for my empties (which I’ve hoarded for nearly 3 years now ) I’m using them to store my own blends to save carting several bottles of oil around the house to different rooms! Both the girls have a mix of Lavender Peace, Balance, Vetiver and Peace in their whale diffusers for sleepytime so I got an empty 5ml bottle of lavender and an empty 5ml bottle of balance and made them up each with a quarter bottle of each of the oils in their sleepytime blends! bTime and space saver!! #doterra #doterramama #doterrababies #doterrasleepytime #sweetdteams #emptybottlesftw

24.01.2022 We had a little reshuffle of our outdoor area furniture yesterday, in preparation for summerrrrrr! We came across some rather unwanted guests that had made themselves quite at home and they made their presence known very quickly! Did you know spiders hate peppermint? I whipped up a bottle of Bug Spray that we can keep outside and spray our furniture with every couple of days to help keep the critters away. A simple blend of peppermint (I went with 30 drops) and water (this spray bottle is 700ml). I normally like to use glass spray bottles for my oily concoctions as the oils draw toxins from plastic and then expel them when you use them but this was all I had on hand for now and I dont love the idea of having glass outside where the babes are so this food grade plastic will do the trick for now Bye little creepies!!

Lavender and Franki on her feet to promote relaxation, peppermint up her spine to help keep her cool and my Teething Blend of Lavender, Franki and White Fir rolled along her jawline to help with the pain. She does her little excited leg and arm kicks when her rollers come out now... looks like we well and truly have another oily babe on our hands! 23.01.2022 D I Y B O D Y W A S H - Our little ladies are up for a new batch of body wash so I thought Id share my recipe! I change up the oil combos each time, big babe loves to choose her flavour! Ibe used a dTERRA foaming handwash pump as I had one spare - so its essential-oil-safe plastic You will need (for a 250ml batch) - 1/2 cup Castille soap A splash of your choice of carrier oil to leave your skin feeling super soft (I use liquid coconut or sweet almond) 15-20 drops of your favourite essential oil Filtered water. Combine all the ingredients in your handwash bottle and give it a good swish to disperse the oils around. Test the consistency and if its too thick, add more water, if its too watery, add more Castile soap! Easy peasy!! Todays is lavender and wild orange
