Cocktail knowledge preferred but a keen eye and a drive to learn is something we're huge on. 25 hours a week up for grabs and guaranteed banter with the best. 10.01.2022 Therapy Cocktail Bar is looking for a host/floor person to fit into the crew on Friday/Saturday nights. We are looking for someone: - With experience in table service and tray waiting - Who is confident managing service and running drinks for multiple tables on busy Friday/Saturday nights.... - with a bubbly and confident personality - who shows initiative and is capable of working without direction. With preferably - Cocktail/Spirit Knowledge - A desire to develop in the hospitality industry. While the odd weekend night off can be arranged in advance, this is a Weekend night role and we are a close knit team and are looking to develop and train a consistent crew of legends over the next year. So if you can't work Friday/Saturday nights consistently or are planning on going on Contiki to Mykonos for the entirety of December to discover yourself or have other long term commitments in the next 6 months, this probably isn't the right role for you. We have 15-25 hours with weekday nights available for the right candidate which would suit those looking for weekend work while studying or those looking for a foot in the door to cocktail bar work. 09.01.2022 To our lovely community, In light of the recent news surrounding Covid-19, our staff think it’s important to update you on Therapy’s plan going forward. We remain open with our usual trading hours. We have taken every measure to ensure our venue is sanitised above and beyond our usual high standards & our tables are comfortably spaced apart as well as our bar seating. So for now, we’ll continue to stir and shake and keep providing our very best Therapy experience & keeping you all up to date with the ever changing situation. 09.01.2022 It’s through bittersweet tears that we say farewell to the face, backbone (and body) of Therapy, Chris Brittain. Having been behind the bar from day one, Chris has been the creative mind behind the bar we all love and the supportive and wise manager us staff have all come to begrudgingly respect. We’d like to wish him the best of luck in his next adventure and let him know that he’ll be sorely missed down here at Therapy. As this will be Chris’s last weekend behind the stick now is the perfect time to come down, have one more extremely fast daiquiri and bask in the warm glow of his company.
