11.01.2022 Do you like our logo? There's a rainbow lorikeet atop a gymea lily. We're visited by a variety of native birds, including magpies, kookaburras, butcher birds, corellas, rosellas and of course the cheeky rainbow lorikeets. Jan has planted dozens of gymea lilies all around the property and they've become a feature of the gardens.

06.01.2022 Mixed feelings as we've reached that time of life when downsizing has appeared on the near horizon. When we were first married we built our forever home to our own design in Melbourne. Career opportunities put an end to the "forever" idea, and after a few enjoyable years on the Northern Beaches we finally arrived here at Empire Bay. After more than 20 years (the longest we've lived in one place) we accept that we need to pass this wonderful lifestyle on to a new generation, a...lthough our grandchildren are less than enthusiastic. The property is suitable for a family home and income, or a two-family occupancy with some wonderful neighbours. We're selling privately.
