17.01.2022 This was our job on Sunday, split track on EX1200 remove failed idler and leaking track adjuster
16.01.2022 Last 4 nights finished off the engine change out on a cat 793d XQ truck and repair site defects. Last night was left up to us to check over machine and turn the key for the first time( I’m always scared at Turning the key for the first time, it never gets easier). It was a good effort by everyone, only one small oil leak which was easily repaired. The engine sounded pretty sweet!
15.01.2022 Today Boughton Plant Repairs along with RWB Services proudly donated a very much needed paediatric wheel chair to the lovely ladies at Maitland Public Hospital’s Occupational Therapy department. After needing one for our little girl back in July, it came to our attention just how scarce paediatric wheel chairs are! We were so thankful these ladies helped us out but allowing us to hire one of just 3 paediatric wheel chairs in the lower hunter area. Grace even had the honour of naming the chair Elsa.
06.01.2022 Just finished this Cat 930H engine and radiator change out. Machine has been sitting in the paddock for 12 months, and has been used as spare parts. We sourced a reman engine and radiator and replaced missing parts. Machine is now back in service and the operators love the power!

02.01.2022 I started this morning off playing with a Terex scrap metal digger surrounded by 4 concrete walls. Traveled 3 1/2 hours to a quarry in Wollongong to play with this 773 watercart with 180 degree view of lake Illawarra and ocean as far as Kiama
01.01.2022 This week is a little change of scenery from what we are use to.Servicing and defect repairs on a fleet of these German built Fendt farm tractors armoured up with inch plate all round. These little 400 HP tractors fitted with mulchers do scrub clearing all over Australia
