21.01.2022 Shahina was talking to Vinnie today continuously asking him to eat something. But his excitement to produce and try our new hot food kept distracting him. He told us that the amazing feedback and great response we have been receiving from our customers has given him so much energy that he doesnt need food anymore !! We want to thank everybody for supporting us and sharing their feedback. We appreciate it and everything we are told we address and improve. Lets just hope Vinnie start eating right on time! Thank you all!!

She also won awards in Indonesian language and for academic excellence. At Boulangerie 113 Lauren prepares our freshly made sandwiches for our wonderful customers while supporting her co-workers with other tasks! Above all, she is a great person and we recognise and appreciate her loyalty and dedication towards work. So come in and say Un croissant, sil vous plait and if in case you want two croissants, say Un Un twice! Because we ourselves are still learning how to say two! BOULANGERIE 113 decided to take our barista's down to Soul City Roasters so that we can learn how our coffee is roasted and what goes on behind the scenes! We are excited to apply everything we learned today into making your cup of coffee best in Adelaide! The coffee beans you see in our hands are in fact freshly roasted coffee beans!... Also a great thanks to Jack (gentleman in middle), the head roaster for B3 Coffee, for creating such a wonderful learning experience!

02.01.2022 After three weeks of experimenting, we were finally able to fulfil the commitment that we made to ourselves and our customers, which was to provide amazing quality hot food for the people of Adelaide!! We are proud and excited to announce that we have been able to follow through with this customer request and make in house hot food. We want to pass on our gratitude to our customers because without their valuable feedback this wouldnt have been possible. ... We also want to give a huge shoutout to Goodwood Quality Meats for providing us some of the best cuts of meat in Adelaide. Please keep supporting us in our journey to grow. 02.01.2022 Today at Boulangerie 113 we celebrated fete nationale française (Bastille Day) !! In 1789, the people of France came together to fight against oppressors and today remembering their sacrifices, we in Australia stand united and unified against present problems that we as a society are facing. We continue to have that spirit of determination when trying to combat current issues like inequality and environmental degradation. We respond to these problems with love and to show ...our respect we made these eclairs to commemorate Bastille Day. Vive la résistance! Happy Bastille Day!

02.01.2022 This is Leigh! Leigh Bevans !! We dont know where to start, there is just too much that we want to say about him. He is 17 years old and we are so proud to tell you all that he was able to professionally learn baking in just 3 months, while a usual professional baker takes a couple of years ! We cant count the countless hours and the amount of effort that this gentleman has put into work to get us to where we are today! ... it is under his supervision that our bakery is able to maintain and keep the highest hygiene standards. What makes him Leigh, more than anything else, is the dedication he has towards work and the patience he displays while being a team member at Boulangerie 113. Thank you Leigh for being a part of our team!!

02.01.2022 A few months ago we had our customers telling us that we have great food at Boulangerie, but our coffee was not the best ! We are proud that our team members at Boulangerie have committed and dedicated themselves to provide the best coffee in the Goodwood area. This wouldnt have been possible without the introduction of our new coffee machine and B3 Coffee. Come in and give us a chance to serve you a cup of our exceptional coffee and of course, our great food.... 01.01.2022 Dear customer, We hope your Christmas went well. We loved seeing you all come in for fresh croissants and bread. Boulangerie 113 is open again on New Years Day 08:00 - 14:00. To give our bakers and staff a break we are closing the 4th of January until the 6th of January. We will resume usual trading hours on the 7th. Look forward to seeing you all then
