17.01.2022 Bud burst and spring has arrived in the vines across the Granite Belt and check out this special vineyard full of history... At Summit Estate Wines the viney...ard you first see on arrival was grown from cuttings taken from the original Isabella grapes planted by Father Gerome Davadi on the slopes of Mt Marlay behind the township of Stanthorpe. Planted around 1880 the Father Davadi vines were some of the earliest planted in the district. Bud burst in the vineyards happening all through September in #granitebeltwinecountry
