If you have any questions or want to know more about taking that first step, get in touch. I'd love to hear from you! ... Nic xo https://lindaonthego.com/mums-bubs-fitness-groups-how-to-ma

18.01.2022 As the wife of a farmer, I’ve learned to be grateful WHENEVER it rains (if only some of this rain would shift west) but boy, oh boy, the weather was wild this morning!!! Extra credit to these brave mamas who got their workout done in very soggy conditions - you’re amazing, ladies!! Nic xo

18.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day to all the mums xx

14.01.2022 Every now and then, people ask me how I do it. My life has reached a new level of crazy - 3 kids, one still under 12 months, business, everything else and a hubby who works crazy hours both in Sydney and away... My answer is usually ‘I just have to keep moving - one foot in front of the other’ (depending on the day this can be followed by a slightly deranged-sounding laugh) but the truth of it is that I do it because of coffee. ... That’s it, that’s my secret. Three coffees a day, no apologies, almost no exceptions and that, my friends, is how I do it! How do you do it?

13.01.2022 This is an excellent article - well worth the read xx

03.01.2022 This absolutely resonates with me - day 3 like clockwork with baby #1 and I couldn’t work out for the life of me why I felt like my world has crashed around my ears. I remember saying to my husband ‘I think we’ve made a mistake.’ Thankfully it only lasted a short time but I wasn’t prepared for it at all. With #2 and #3, it was definitely less noticeable or maybe it was just that I was ready for those feelings so they weren’t quite so overwhelming. New mamas - remember, you a...re not alone!! It’s ok to have these feelings and it’s ok to say them out loud!! It doesn’t make you selfish or a bad mum. Of course, if these feelings last longer than a couple of days, then see your GP or OB but please don’t suffer in silence. And if you know a new mama, reach out to her. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to say ‘I know how you’re feeling and it’s OK.’ Nic xo https://www.kidspot.com.au//8f5293f57ebeb2dcdeb661fb21c7ee

03.01.2022 Please read, sign and share!! If you've sat next to me long enough (I'm so much fun at parties ), no doubt you've had to listen to me going on about the importance of having trained women's health/pelvic health physiotherapists involved in the post natal care of new mums....to have this service as a standard part of post natal care would be a game changer!!!
