25.01.2022 COVID-19 Update 24-03-2020 14:05 Hi Guys, Kristen and I have been watching our numbers slowly decrease today to a point which is becoming increasingly unsustainable. We have been having many conversations in regards to our social responsibility, weighed against the advice we are receiving from experts and national bodies. It is becoming increasingly clear that the community is uncomfortable with heading out unnecessarily, so with this in mind, we are implementing changes effe...ctive immediately. From now till the end of Term 1, we are cancelling all group coaching and competition play. We will however continue any private lesson coaching for those of you who would be keen or interested, while we can. Just get in touch with us if you are comfortable with this. For those in group lessons and competitions which have been paid in full, a full refund is being offered for the cancelled sessions. For those in group lessons who would like to take advantage of private lessons, a credit will be applied for those private lessons. Although we are cleared to continue with our programmes, we have always listened to our clients, and it is clear that for over half of our clients, continuing group sessions is not a viable option in the current local community climate. We understand this unease and we are acting on that. We hope that we are able to resume business at the start of Term 2, however this is dependant on the community and any restrictions that may be in place at that time. We hope that we have the support of our tennis community to be able to restart our business across all programmes sometime down the track. We’d like to thank all of our wonderful clients who have shown so much loyalty and support over 5 years and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the other side of this. Although we have to stand apart, I’d like to believe we stand together in spirit. Thank you, James & Kristen.

19.01.2022 With the obvious COVID-19 coverage, we wanted to re-assure you that we are taking the health and safety of all visitors and clients, very seriously. We are currently under advisement from Tennis Australia and are implementing and adding to their guidelines. From today onwards: - Social distancing measures of 1.5m (no hand shaking, lining up etc) - Hand sanitisation on arrival and departure... - No congregating in the club house area - Seating 1.5m apart and sanitisation after each session - Sanitisation of tennis balls - Sanitisation of all loan racquets (please try to bring your own) - No cups/glasses available from club house (please bring your own drink bottle) - Please label your drink bottle. If you are feeling unwell, please don’t attend any sessions until testing results are made available to you. If positive, please remember to include us when reporting contact. We don’t want to alarm anyone, and feel that our measures are a practical and productive safe guard to ensure that life continues as normally as possible, until things change or more recommendations are made. We are being pro-active in terms of taking advice from the government and governing bodies. See you on the court! K&J

17.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone! We just wanted to give a big shout out to our tennis family for the continued support of our business during these trying times. We are in a unique position compared to other sports which have unfortunately been required to close. ... So how can tennis still operate when other sports have to stop? * Tennis is a non contact sport * The number of players on court for coaching is already limited * Lots of room for personal distancing whilst playing/coaching * Each player has their own equipment so no sharing is required There are so many good things that come from being involved in sport, so please use our centre as a positive way to switch off, burn some energy & keep fit physically & mentally! We will continue to be guided by Tennis Australia and keep you up to date on any changes as they may occur. K&J

15.01.2022 World #1 V World #2!! What a treat!!

13.01.2022 COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE 27-03-2020 14:45 To all of our current coaching players, comp players and associated friends and family. It is with great regret that due to a decision that has been made by the board of Tennis NSW, all tennis related activities must cease temporarily as of Midnight tonight. ... A review of this decision will take place on the 27th of April 2020. To all of those who have booked private lessons to use up paid fees, but have not yet been able to use that credit, as per our previous message, a refund is available. To everybody else who has fees in credit, our same obligation applies. We'd like to thank everyone for your lovely messages and support. We are going to be a bit lost without being able to enjoy our days and evenings on court with you all. However, it is now a case of lives over livelihoods. We will be in touch with you all when any information comes through in regards to a return to playing and coaching. Thank you again everyone for your support and stay safe. Kristen & James.

11.01.2022 Hey guys We apologies for so many messages however we feel it’s important to keep everyone up to date with changes as they occur. The latest update from Tennis Australia still allows us to continue. These are the extra measures to be added with what we are already doing: ... Please only enter our facility a maximum of 5 minutes before your session start time. Please allow coaches to finish lessons and for clients to leave the court before coming onto the court for your session. You are still more then welcome to come in and watch your children’s lesson, however we ask for just 1 family member to do so. The club house will be open for coaches and assistants only unless you need to use the bathroom. Once again we thank you for your ongoing support and patients, especially during these times. Kristen & James

06.01.2022 Further to the Prime Minister's announcement last night, we are gathering the government information and waiting on NSW announcements today. Until then our most... recent guidelines for venues remain, except that any cafes can only offer takeaway, no sitting. We do however continue to emphasise adherence to the guidelines. Thank you and we will be back in touch with more information as soon as possible. See more

05.01.2022 The youngest member of our team will be joining us in February 2021!

03.01.2022 To all our wonderful clients, Clearly the situation with COVID-19 measures have changed again overnight. We are currently waiting on any further advice from Tennis Australia and Tennis NSW. In saying this, at this particular stage, we have been and are continuing to enforce our combatative measures against the spread of this virus. We take the spread of this virus very seriously and are keenly aware of the risks to the more vulnerable in our community. If we believe that our ...business activities are placing anybody at risk, we will close immediately. A reminder of our measures that have been in place as of Monday 16-03-2020: Hand Sanitisation on arrival Social distancing of 1.5-2m No sharing of equipment No touching of any fixed structures or surfaces at the Centre. Personal water bottles Hand sanitisation on departure. All of our equipment is being sanitised after every session including surfaces and structures. This virus is effecting everybody in our community. We are hoping that we can continue to operate for as long as possible and provide a safe, clean and functioning environment with a little normality in this time of crisis. As we mentioned, we are acutely aware of the situation in the community. We are also making sure we listen to the experts and make informed decisions based on the best advice and practices, as recommended by the experts. We hope to see you continuing to enjoy our facility and see it as a refuge from this crisis. We will keep everybody updated if or when the situation changes. Many Thanks, Kristen & James
