22.01.2022 Apart from Rosemary, l have never been able to grow herbs - so l'm pretty excited about my little herb garden this year, so happy l thought l would share some pictures of my very own Sage, Oregano, Lemon Thyme, Mint, Coriander, Parsley and of course Garlic Clives. However Basil just won't come to the party!

18.01.2022 We admit these are not our most exciting photos but we wanted to share our Garlic Scape Powder experiment- so wish you could smell our kitchen. Interested in making your own? It's easy peasy - we chopped up the scapes, dried them in our dehydrator & then whizzed them in our coffee grinder. Now we have Garlic Powder Seasoning- yummy!

06.01.2022 Cauliflower Garlic Pizza - It's Delicious & your little people have no idea they are eating Cauliflower Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower (approx. 400g) roughly chopped 50g ground almond... 1 egg beaten cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 tsp dried oregano Garlic Topping: 4 minced garlic cloves 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp chopped parsley 3 tbsp parmesan cheese Method: 1. Preheat oven to 200C, 180C fan. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Place cauliflower in food processor and process until resembles breadcrumbs, then cover bowl with cling film and cook in microwave for 5 mins. 3. Tip into clean tea towel and leave to cool, once cooled scrunch up tea towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. 4. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, cheese, ground almond & oregano. Mix with a large spoon until everything is thoroughly combined. 5. Pour contents of the cauliflower batter onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula, spread and smooth out until you have rectangle that is 1/2 inch thick. 6. Place in oven and cook for about 25 minutes or until edges turn brown and top is golden. 7. Add butter, oil and garlic to a small saucepan and heat on the stove just until butter is melted. Brush garlic butter mixture onto pizza, making sure to get all the minced garlic evenly spread over surface of the bread. Sprinkle parsley & parmesan cheese evenly over pizza. 8. Return to oven for approx. 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to brown and edges of the cauliflower pizza crisp up. 9. Slice and serve. Enjoy.
