19.01.2022 One year ago I was shooting these guys for the first time. I'd met Tim a few times at different events but it wasn't until I got a message from Tamika (aka Tommy, aka Tam, aka Meeks) asking me to do some couples photos for their first anniversary that I got to know these guys. We had the best afternoon together that afternoon. We laughed so hard we cried and from that moment on we knew we were going to be the best of mates. Now they're two of my closest, dearest friends. An U...ncle & Aunt to my little boy. A sounding board for my ridiculous ideas. Two of the biggest supporters in my life. I believe everything in life happens for a reason. Good or bad, it all has it's purpose. It sounds cliche, but I believe these two were put on this earth to find each other and to bring not only joy to each other's lives but to those who choose to be in their lives. I'm privileged more than I can possibly describe to you to be apart of their lives and even more so that they asked me to create these photos for their engagement. This afternoon took me right back to that first shoot we did together. As full on as the organising, setting up and shooting was, we honestly had the best time this afternoon. Thank you to Tommy's dad, Karl and brother, Jake for all of their efforts in helping pull this shoot off. You guys honestly went above and beyond.
