15.01.2022 Great article that really highlights that your size doesn't reflect your health and yo yo dieting is way worse then you might think. By tuning into our bodies and trusting it to tell us what we need we become healthier and will naturally come and maintain the weight we are meant to be. We are all individuals let's embrace just how unquie we all are instead of trying to be the same. What are you doing now to improve your health?
