16.01.2022 Hi guys, I'm planning on starting up a few classes of my own in Kiama and/or the surrounding area - and I'm looking for some advice on what you feel is needed or might be of interested to you. I know a lot of you already belong to gyms and fitness groups, so what I am trying to do is find any gaps there might be. I'm interested in taking group classes, such as aerobics, TBT and circuits either before or after work. Also offering classes for parents with young children where t...hey can bring the child/children - either exercising with them or supplying a small play area in the corner where the parents can still keep an eye on their children whilst they train. I am very interested in working with pre school children (going into pre schools), and also holding some weekend and school holiday classes for children from 5 -13, helping the develop a healthy lifestyle and also build their confidence and team work skills. Lastly, I would also love to offer some low impact movement to music classes for senior groups in the area. Anyway, sorry for the rambles - but it would be great to hear your thoughts, if you know a club/school/social group that might be interested if something like the above them please let me know.
