23.01.2022 My mate Buddy left this guitar on a picnic table in Hervey Bay in December 2019 when he unfortunately had a mental health issue its a beautiful Martin Dreadn...ought Cutaway and it is unlikely that he will ever be able to afford another one it would be great if someone knew of its whereabouts and could help with it’s return if you heard him play it you’d realise it’s a part of him. If anyone could help could you contact me Via Facebook or 0408456786 Thanks in advance Andy See more

21.01.2022 Few guitarists have made as much an impact on pop culture, musicians’ tastes and instrument design as Eddie Van Halen. His enthusiasm for new sounds paired with... his knack for engineering resulted in a unique and iconic guitar and amp tone, whose sounds and designs would forever change the perspective of listeners, players and builders around the world. We are deeply saddened by his passing today, Eddie was an important member of the Fender family for many years, and we are keeping his family and friends in our thoughts. See more

12.01.2022 What a great turnout for Galapagos Duck last month with two sold-out sessions! Thank you to John and the band for agreeing to perform two shows around current l...icensing seating restrictions, and thank you to all who attended and complied with requirements. While we are able, we will continue on the last Sunday of the month. Vibeke Voller returns to the Railway Hotel on Sunday 27 September. The Vibeke Voller Quintet features Rusty Keys Lassig on piano; James Belluz on tenor saxophone, Mike Lye on bass and David Lye on drums backing Vibeke on vocals. Many supporters have asked when they might again hear her smooth vocal styles, so if you would like one of the sixty tickets at $15, please buy online at Trybooking https://www.trybooking.com/BLJVR or at Bout Time Music, Targo Street. Buying tickets early helps with organisation and secures your spot on the day with our limited seating. Once again, if the show is unable to go ahead because of changes in legislated venue restrictions, we will refund your ticket price, but we hope to see you at the Railway on 27 September for the Vibeke Voller Quintet!

04.01.2022 JUST IN: The Festival organisers has recommended that the 2021 Tamworth's Toyota Country Music Festival be cancelled. Due to the current law that determines "fe...stivals" and large gatherings to be illegal activities, Tamworth Regional Council cannot, in good conscience, continue with the event in its traditional sense. The health and safety of the community, the artists, and any visitors have been the main priority of Festival organisers throughout the scenario planning. The suspension of the Festival, which has a 49-year history, has not been considered lightly. Months of in depth consultations have taken place with NSW Police, Hunter New England Health Festival sponsors and stakeholders to reach this point. Tamworth Regional Council will be putting forward a recommendation to Councillors to suspend Council managed events for the 2021 Toyota Country Music Festival. The recommendation, if approved, would see the annual presentation of the Country Music Awards of Australia, the Toyota Golden Guitar Awards, be the only Festival activity that continues, and it would do so via an online stream on the night.
