A delicious main, using our lamb, is her slow cooked pepperberry lamb, pearl cous cous and smoked eggplant tempura. We love working with local restaurants, creating tasty regional dishes. This weekend Bella’s is launching her new spring pork dish, using our fantastic pork belly, at the Makers of Murrumbateman Moving feast. Bella’s insanely good twice cooked crispy pork belly, pommes pommes (apple and potato) puree fig and wattle seed will be matched to a Tallagandra Tempranillo.
