Our packages include your ceremony, wedding photographer, wedding cake and a cocktail hour at Serafino Wines set in McLaren Vale. You could be a young couple who would love to get married but simply can't afford a large wedding. You could be a couple who would like to invite your guests o...n a winery tour and surprise them by getting married. All you need to do is let us know when you would like to be married and we can make the arrangements. We often find that couples choosing a Registry ceremony still need to choose a venue to have lunch and dinner at and wish that they had some professional photo's taken to look back on. We thought we would take the chance to provide a little more information about our service. At Boutique Ceremonies we are committed to providing couples with an intimate, elegant way to be married. We are offering wedding packages that are suitable for groups of 10-30 people. Our base packages include your unique ceremony completed by a qualified Marri...age Celebrant, wedding photographer, wedding cake and a drink and food package at Serafino's. An example of what a wedding day would comprise of is: 1:45 - Your guests arrive at Serafino's. 2:00- The bride arrives and a ceremony is held either inside or outside at Serafino's. They have beautiful locations by the lake, under the terrace of in the wine room. 2:30- You and your guests enjoy a beautiful selection of Serafino's wine and bubbles, beer, soft drink and tea and coffee. Along with a choice of two cold food options and two hot food options for one hour. The reception can be help outside by the verandah or in the wine barrel room. 3:30- guests depart. You will be able to choose from three cake designs from Frangipani Cakes in McLaren Vale. You will find the pictures on the Boutique Ceremonies Facebook page. Serafino's will serve this as a sweet option or cut the cake and put it in to cake boxes to take with you. We will book the lovely Karen from Champagne Portraits to take your photographs during the ceremony and Reception. You will receive a USB with all of the photographs taken that you will be able to print at 6x4 inches. If you would like larger sizes Karen will organise that for you at an additional cost. The costs for the above are: $1795 for 10 people $2095 for 15 people $2395 for 20 people $2695 for 25 people $2995 for 30 people. If you would like us to coordinate an acoustic guitarist, car transfers, buses for your guests or any over decoration we can at additional fees.
