13.01.2022 This was recorded on the 7th of December. Since then, Jessica Shaw has been contacted and all parties were in agreeance. Please watch the video for an explication on what was done to us and just how much mental pain and anguish I have been through during this whole process. Yesterday I watched as my last 5 and half years of blood sweat and tears was torn away. Today the real estate agent informs all parties, the deal is back on, but now the cafe is gone, as far as they are ...concerned.... we get nothing. I have been screwed over and expected to walk away with nothing! We had the cafe for sale when they approached us with a deal to compensate us and give us free rent in order for us to close down. This is now what they do to me. I am livid. I can’t believe this! My mental state is in an extreme place because of what they have done to me and I have no idea how to proceed. PLEASE... please understand that small businesses struggle like this on a daily. I have kept this all inside for SO long and dealt with my suffering in silence. Not anymore! I need people to see! All I want to do is move on and be granted the deal that was offered to me otherwise I would have sold the cafe! I’m devastated!!!
