11.01.2022 On the road again! We have picked up the boxes and are on our way. It’s the first time that it is just the four girls. Also, a big thanks to our butcher Lou and his team, who prepares the boxes for us!

07.01.2022 Today I’m smoking a Four Daughters Black Angus Brisket. I’m not claiming to be an expert here so welcome your input. I’ve chosen to soak Hickory in a red wine blend with a Honey & Ginger Apple Cider, prior to smoking. I’ve rubbed the brisket with a little Rosemary from the garden. I’ve chosen to pair this with my favourite Australian beer and a little Waylon Jennings! Happy Easter All. Stay safe and be grateful. x TB
