17.01.2022 Wow!! Have the last few months gone as quickly for everyone as they have for me? Being busy through the cold months can put a big strain on your body, leaving us tired and slow. Bowen can help with this, its a great way to revitalise your bodys ability to accept change. It will wake up our mind, body and spirit to welcome the new. Its been a cold winter and I hope you all have survived and are ready to come out into the sunshine that I can feel is on its way!!!... This means preparing your body with the new season foods and herbs to kick start you system from the sluggish state of winter hibernation. This change in diet should be done gradually so as not to stress our digestive system. As it takes time for the new season crops to ripen, so should we not jump straight into summer with our new diet. Again Bowen is here to help with these changes, gently and powerfully supportive.
