Anyway, if any of you would like to learn some basic butchering skills such as sharpening a knife, slicing a whole rump, making snags and heaps more, I can teach you. Simply pay an hourly rate for time and machinery costs and start saving heaps. With the price of meat rising, this is an excellent opportunity to learn how to save heaps buying the right cuts for the job.

16.01.2022 Good evening to all, Supermarkets are convenient they have everything you want under one roof. I shop in them myself for things I cant get from my wholesalers. Next time you shop in one take note of the price per kilo you pay for things, not only meat, but lets use that as an example ( cos its what I love ). Most people buy on the cost of the packet in total, not the price per kilo. Check our prices per kilo. Can be $10 a kg cheaper on some cuts and we will cut it the thickness you need.

06.01.2022 Good morning to all. I've had a bit of an idea for a Xmas roast similar to a turducken, but with no poultry. A whole rib fillet rubbed with bush honey and mustard then we wrap bacon all around it. Final step. Roll pork skin around it, score it and tie it. Crackle, bacon and moist tender beef.
