21.01.2022 Let's keep celebrating a fantastic season of Bowen Netball. It has been a successful season of junior/cadet training, despite our hurdles with COVID. Firstly, I would like to thank the young girls that attended training and putting 110% effort in each week. ... Secondly, thank you to Judy, Bec and Dan for sharing the responsibilities of training these young athletes, we certainly all have a lot on but sharing the task made it an easy one. It was a great season of training having an enthusiastic atmosphere at training, being able to train at the same time as the Net Set Go kids. It’s wonderful to be able to show the young girls how much fun we have at training, and where they aspire to be one day. Great role models for this!! To our junior squad, what can I say, each and everyone one of you have improved in your skill set, not only in your physical skills but the most important one is the mental one, being able to encourage each other, and when the going gets tough the tough get going. For every drill or every activity, there is a purpose, which you will be able to use in Netball and also everyday life. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to train each and everyone of you, I’m certainly excited to see what we can achieve next year. Until then, stay safe and healthy. Lauren Aitken

14.01.2022 ATN PLAYERS AND PARENTS - We need your support! AGM is being held again Thursday 26th November @ 6pm at the cricket clubhouse. We need attendance to support the committee who is taking over - by attending doesn't mean "you have to take a position". Looking forward to seeing a great turnout as everyone will be keen for season in 2021.

03.01.2022 Tonight at the AGM, we were unable to form a new executive committee for the 2021 season. All executive positions are still vacant. President ... Vice President Secretary Treasurer Attendees at the meeting tonight agreed that more representation is required from current members to show support for people who would like to step into or continue in these roles. Thank you to the 8 people who attended, along with the executive committee. A special meeting is scheduled for Thursday 26th November at 5:45pm at the sports complex to form a committee for 2021.
