Any of those structures have the ability to place too much stress on this area, with the result of the brain firing off pain signals as a protective mechanism. Your back pain is very seldom a back problem. The whole body needs looking at.

But thought I’d share how Bowen has helped my fellow travellers and me I’ve addressed wry necks from bad hotel pillows, back issues from tripping over uneven cobblestones, dodgy knees - more cobblestones, hamstring injuries / more tripping on uneven steps. So grateful to be able to do this for myself and others.
