21.01.2022 Lovely Patch has just left for his wonderful new home. Vegas is not happy as who will play with him now!

21.01.2022 Today’s riders

21.01.2022 Another camp done! Unfortunately due to the rain earlier in the week we had to push our camp back a few days and could only in two days. I was thrilled by the achievements of all the children. They pushed themselves, and just rode so well. The green horses in the group also improved so much. Well done

21.01.2022 Just beautiful weather for saddle club this morning. We are running saddle club weekly at the moment and numbers are limited to 6 riders. We currently have a waitlist but if you are interested send me a text and I can pop you on the list. Pics are the kids having lots of fun!

20.01.2022 Happy birthday to beautiful Tilly, turning 5 today and only 17.3hh. No better treat for a horses birthday than fresh clover, thanks to the recent rain!

20.01.2022 We have headed north to Valla Beach for a few days. Bree and I decided to take my mum’s haflingers to the beach for a gallop! This was there first time on the beach and they were such good ponies.

20.01.2022 Another camp done. This group worked so well together and their personal results were amazing. Last night we had a great time at Richmond cinema, ride like a girl. We have had a lolly hunt on horses, x country and a funkhana ( sporting and jumping). I’ll miss their smiling faces tomorrow! But there is always the next holidays.

20.01.2022 Musical Ride July camp

19.01.2022 Final day of camp, what a amazing group of young riders who supported one another and were a pleasure to teach. I think i had as much fun as the kids!

19.01.2022 Great news! With the restrictions changing this Friday, kids saddle club will be on this Saturday 10-12. Most spots are already filled but if u are interested, send me a text and ill pop u on the wait list. We have been super busy, with all new painted jump poles and new wings and even an oat paddock planted for fresh feed during winter. Even a new addition, welcome Missy! A 7yr old, andalusian x stock black mare. She is still settling in, pics are of her.

19.01.2022 Just a little update and some pics from the last week. We were well prepared but also very lucky to have really only lost our perimeter fencing, paddocks and part of the x country course. The good news is the January camps will go ahead and we will have some new jumps in the x country paddock. The road has reopened today and hopefully life can get back to normal, after the week I’d rather forget.

18.01.2022 Day 1 of our camp, lots of happy excited kids. We have already started to learn our musical ride which we will perform for the parents at the end of camp.

09.01.2022 Finished off our camp with some x country. Great riding by all the kids!

09.01.2022 Life finally returned to normal today with the arrival of the kids for camp 1. The scenery is not pretty but it doesn’t seem to worry the kids.

09.01.2022 We waited until the arena was in shade and then did some bareback and Kelsea tried a few tricks.

08.01.2022 Our synchronised riding display for the parents. Another great camp with lots of laughter. Well done kids, great riding.

08.01.2022 EX RACEHORSE SUITABLE FOR TRAIL OR PLEASURE.??????????? I just want to bring to your attention what i consider to be an incredibly irresponsible at least, crimi...nal at worst, act of fraud in relation to the sale of this ex race horse, sadly it is not an isolated case. With the push by the racing industry to re home ex racehorses and a rule change which forces owners, trainers and breeders to either re home horses or surrender them to the racing authority particularly in NSW, many unscrupulous horse dealers have come to the fore.people and the industry are in too much of a hurry to clear out retired horses which are expensive to keep. I am dealing with the results way too often damaged horses and people. Ex racehorses are being sold without proper re training to homes that often don't have the experience or expertise to understand they are putting themselves in harms way. This horse was advertised on a a racing site as an in work ready to race prospect in late November and then 2 weeks later as a quite trail mount suitable for a nervous rider. I can assure you horses of this calibre are about 1 in 1000 still they are advertised like this all the time. From my very extensive experience training many hundreds of off the track horses I can also assure you there is more to training a trail horse than a competition mount, the reason being most trail riders don't have the expertise experience or riding education of most competitive riders. If an ex racehorse hasn't had a thorough re education after racing he is not suitable for anyone but a very experienced rider if he has had a quality consolidated re education he is probably still not not suitable for most trail riders. experience tells me that about 60% of horses that come from the track are suitable for only the most experienced rider/trainers the other 40% with quality re training work are suitable for experienced or at least very well supported homes. After the death of a young women at Dubbo tafe a couple of years ago in very similar circumstances it is very sad to see criminals still going about the same deceitful dangerous activities. People do die and get very seriously hurt under these circumstances more often than i care mention. REHOMING IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR RETRAINING.

07.01.2022 Hi All, it is time to shut down for now. It has been fantastic to watch my wonderful clients grow and develop as riders. Once everything is back to normal we will definitely be back. In the meantime enjoy your horses and stay safe, Tiffy xx

07.01.2022 Just finished our last session for camp, the x country. Both riders and horses were amazing!

06.01.2022 After our break we were able to hold our adults confidence class yesterday. The ladies did some great riding, with a lot of laughter in between. Basic flat work, troop drill and some games.

06.01.2022 Some trick riding moves with Kelsea this morning, with Clayton being ever so patient. Then all the children gave cantering Clayton a go with no hands and stirrups. Some bareback on there own horses.

05.01.2022 With the next school holidays approaching fast I have just organised the dates for 2 pony camps. I still have 3 spots available so please give me a call if you are interested. 0405 149 849

05.01.2022 As the fire slowly gets closer, i find myself a little lost having no horses here. Anyway gives me time to organise January camps so for those who have booked expect emails today. Due to the fires our last ladies day for the year ( this Friday) is cancelled. Stay safe everyone and hopefully our wonderful rfs can keep on top of it. .

05.01.2022 After a swim in the rock pool the kids finished up day 1 with some poles and grids. All the horses have been very well behaved and the kids are looking a little exhausted.

04.01.2022 So with the kids now doing school from home, it’s good to see we get our sport in today. Lessons still going ahead at the moment. Horses are easy to keep at social distance.

04.01.2022 We had a great day yesterday with some show jumping in the morning, an obstacle course in the afternoon and pizza for lunch.

03.01.2022 Day 1 of camp 2. Kids have had lots of fun, from the billycarts to pizza making for the wood fire oven. They also rode well with some troop drill, poles and grids.
