Qualifications include Swim Australia Teacher, Swim Australia Teacher of Babies & Toddlers, Swim Australia Teacher of Competitive Swimming, Autism Swim Certified, Pool Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid Certified. Miss Kathleen - Ex competitive swimmer, studying her second university degree, Kathleen comes with a wealth of knowledge, a focus on ensuring all children learn to love the water and their lessons and a keen eye for stroke technique and correction. For example - You might see us having horse races on noodles and goofing off. 07.01.2022 Today marks 5 years trading as Bowen Swim School. Over that 5 years our business has faced alot of change to be where i find myself now. I miss the indoor centre often but im also grateful for all of the opportunities i have received along the way to lead me to where i am today. This includes a strong commitment to our teaching model of "an individual approach for all ages and abilities". As of today we have 2 teachers and 2 more in tr...aining, we deliver private lessons for a variety of ages and abilities including special needs and we love what we do, so thanks for the continued support. Huge shutout goes to my husband Jeremy. Alot of you wouldn't be aware but the pool we swim in was supposed to be his new reef boat. In summary, due to the COVID - 19 situation we have been advised to take further precautions in our cleaning and to practice social distancing. Do not attend if unwell in any way....
