24.01.2022 Falling asleep during your Bowen therapy session is common. It's a sign your body is deeply relaxed and in "rest and digest" mode, rather than "fight or flight."

21.01.2022 You haven’t tried everything if you haven’t tried Bowen therapy! Its gentle touches are considered safe and appropriate for people of all ages and in all kinds of health.

19.01.2022 We make sure our phone batteries are topped up sufficiently to last the day ahead. What would happen if we treated our bodies and minds the same? Tell us below how you "recharge" yourself every day! #bowentherapy

16.01.2022 Medical professionals around the world are choosing Bowen Therapy. Bowen is progressively becoming recognized as an invaluable complementary therapy. We intervi...ewed an array of medical professionals who utilize Bowen Therapy in ‘These Two Hands’ documentary, including, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, pharmacists, to name a few. We were privileged to hear their amazing stories and how they have helped so many by using Bowen Therapy. In addition, they all highlighted the need for broader community awareness and acceptance as a stand-alone therapy to be integrated with orthodox medicine. The landscape of medicine around the world has been slowly progressing toward a more holistic and individualized approach to healing. This has been due to increase awareness with access to information through social media, limitations of orthodox medicine, cultural ties with traditional healing, a growing trend towards holistic and preventative medicine. This approach to healthcare incorporates a patient’s mind, spirituality, and sense of community into the healing process. Integrative medicine has been typically well received and the demand has been steadily increasing in primary hospitals in many countries in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Countries like China have led the way over the millennia, by incorporating specific healing foods, herbs, acupuncture, medical Chi Gong, and more hospitals. Currently, there is a great demand to integrate allopathic and traditional healing in developing countries. Many governments such as South Africa and India are moving forward with formal integration, undertaking the necessary research and policy changes. There is ‘huge potential’ for Bowen Therapy to be integrated into the mainstream health care system, in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and medical clinics. ‘These Two Hands’ documentary project continues to be invaluable in helping to raise awareness and contribute to the growth of this incredible modality. We greatly appreciate your ongoing support. Please help us to continue to spread the word by engaging with us online, sharing our posts on Facebook and Instagram, and getting your connections to like our page. Thank you to the following Medical professionals for sharing your passion and insights: Andrea Neale, Dr. Jaimini Raniga, Eleanor Oyston, Georgi Ilchev, Maurao Murganti, and Merrin Wake.
