08.01.2022 Jump on board guys! This is the fabulous Ann Nielsen i recommend for learning a fascia based form of foam rolling. If you did this regularly, you wouldn't need to see me as often!!! Crazy i know, but i do believe in helping my clients, even if it means i may not see you as often!!!

08.01.2022 How's is everyone going with what 2020 has thrown at us so far? My understanding is that according to astrological information, August is going to be an intense month of energetic shifts. If you feel overwhelmed, not yourself, depleted, emotional, unbalanced, etc, know that it's most likely associated with the energy shifts (not to mention everything going on around us atm). This is an opportunity to embrace this energy shift of change and harness this to your own adv...antage. We may feel compelled to achieve or address something that we have needed to for a long time and procrastinated over. NOW is the time to do it. It can be scary, change often is. But, harness this energetic shift and make it happen for you. As always if you need some assistance in maintaining balance and going with the flow during this time, I am here and feeling these shifts too! I also take this opportunity to acknowledge how lucky we are in WA, unlike states such as Melbourne who are yet again under lockdown and extreme measures to try and curtail the spread of covid. I am thinking of them and feeling very grateful and blessed that I am here in WA. If anyone is experiencing mental heath issues due to these unprecedented times, there are many services available and I encourage you to access them. Don't feel you are alone. Many people that never thought They would experience mental health issues are going through their own battles at the moment. All I can do is encourage you to seek help but also reach out to those around you. You do not realise the difference it can make to speak to others, until you have. The weight that can lift when You are no longer shouldering the struggle alone can be immense. Stay safe and well everyone

05.01.2022 2021 PRICING CHANGE From 1st January 2021, I will be increasing my pricing for 1 hour to $80 and for Initial consults to $100. I appreciate that this may not suit some clients and I am happy to discuss this on an individual basis. I have not increased my prices (in fact, my prices were reduced when I started practicing solely from my Greenwood location), for some time and my running costs have not reduced, in fact they continue to rise yearly....
