20.01.2022 Reopening today @ 71 Ocean St Victor Harbor!!!! New room, repainted cleaned and sanitized and ready to go! Been loving getting the space ready and looking forward to using it for the first time today Will send some pics later this morning as it still needs some last minute touches

17.01.2022 Spent today painting my new clinic room in Victor Harbor - it’s at the same place in Ocean Street but in the room next door and am looking forward to working from there as of week starting 1st June Was so lucky to have my boys Adam & Justin & their dad Steve come down and smash it out with me - they even made painting fun!!! Now getting the carpet cleaned and sanitized and then putting in my new electric table and the rest of furniture etc which will all be sparkly clean f...or a Covid safe and comfortable place to come for your treatments - I’m excited!! PS I am currently taking clients in the meantime at my home clinic in Inman Valley so u don’t have to wait if u need me (am also at OHalloran Hill on Wed)

10.01.2022 Hi all - just wanted to let u know just in case u haven’t heard yet that I am back to work again and ready to help u with all your aches and pains I am at Hilltop Natural Therapies at OHalloran Hill on Wednesday’s and at Victor Harbor Tues Thurs & Friday’s on Ocean St. I have a new room (right next to old one) and will be starting there next week 2nd June which I’m really looking forward to!! Am taking appts in the meantime down here at Inman Valley if u would like to come this week (and then u can also see my little foal!) Here’ to exciting new beginnings

07.01.2022 Today I made a new friend - It’s not everyday I meet a new friend so it was a special day! I was about 15 mins off finishing work after a busy day in my clinic and there was a knock on the door - it was a lovely littlle 95 yr woman who told me it was the 3rd time she had come looking for me (later told me last night she prayed I’d be there! awww) she didn’t know what Bowen was but she wanted to book in ASAP so I told her if she could come in 15 mins - to cut a long story sho...rt we chatted I straightened up her little hard working body and gave her a lift home and she was so happy and thankful - she was such a sweet real salt of the earth country lady but really grieving her partner after him passing 4 years ago and with no friends left so I told her I’d love to have a coffee friend in Victor - she was so excited and called me her little doctor friend and blew me a kiss goodbye - what a difference a little bit of kindness makes to both the receiver and the giver See more

06.01.2022 I have just got news that Bowen Therapists now have permission from the SA Govt to resume working so looks like my holiday at home is over and Its time for me to get back to work! - I am looking forward to seeing all my lovely clients again I have a list if people who want me to call them when I am back - if u would like me to book u in either call me or put call me in comments and I’ll call u

01.01.2022 For those of you that I am always mentioning soaking your feet in Epsom salts too I noticed big bags of it on sale at Aldi for $9.95 today and I thought of u all If u have sore and aching feet try it as Epsom salts are magnesium which is great for relaxing muscles - if u soak everynight your whole body will benefit from the magnesium and it can help to make bunions disappear as well as give u a good nights sleep - try it and see
