24.01.2022 Sweet chilli chicken steaks. A new twist to a Bower Rd Meats classic. Moist boneless and skinless chicken thigh with a sweet chilli glaze. At first bite it is a beautiful sweetness followed by a nice burn. Definitely not for first time chilli eaters. Cook on the bbq or in the pan, slice and serve on rice or in a salad. Also goes really well as a pizza topping.

Cook in the pan with a small amount of oil and serve with chips or salad. Or alternatively, use in a nice fresh roll or burger bun.
