Simple ceiling replacement to the canteen at St Francis Catholic school. To be set and finished with a 90ml cove cornice. 15.01.2022 Stage 1 at Guanaba for Renpro Constructions pre painted and painting nearly complete , with stage 2 well under way. This very large but modern country home set on acreage has metal square set throughout the entire home . All window reveals are set with a tear away finish and also all doors are metal frame installed with set finish to trims as opposed to timber architraves. And Sunday at ladds ridge road Burleigh heads , doing some more work for one of our loyal clients who just keeps ripping out walls in there home Sets this week up and ready to knock it down . With a decent size upgrade at st Josephs high school Beenleigh . And really looking forward to tak...ing on an extension at Allandale for an owner builder and his family . 07.01.2022 At the present time we are super busy . I probably didn’t have time but I did fit this job in , for a few Reasons . I get a lot of work through the Mudgeeraba community page so most times I get recommendations I try to take the work on and it seems to pay off. Second it is a skylight 5.2 meters in the air to the top that twist different ways. It was challenging definitely but enjoyable at the same time and plus the clients are lovely people which makes my job a lot easier ! 06.01.2022 Another ceiling transformation on verbena street tambourine. Rip down and rubbish removal , levelled across with ceiling batons replaced insulation where required , sheet set corniced and sanded all within 48 hours. Safe to say the clients are over the moon with the finished product and the efficient turn around from start to finish . Caps off a pretty big month for us with projects at Balinga fire station and st Josephs catholic school Beenleigh all complete . Massive thank you to Jay Parker and the boys for the big days to get these jobs over the line on schedule and in time . 06.01.2022 Well where FINALLY coming to the pointy end of one of our biggest and most exciting projects to date at Springwood state high school ! What a massive effort from the boys on this one ! Over 200 squares of suspended grid ceiling installed , white standard with MARS boral kitchen grade ceiling tiles , and midnight black grid and tiles installed in the theatre and ramp entrance that all came up an absolute treat . On top of that countless amounts of other walls and ceilings , built , sheeted , set and finished. 02.01.2022 Another busy week just gone . We have quoted and completed so many of these this year , such a common problem throughout Q.L.D . Failed ceiling Complete Rip down , put on 16mm Batons to reduce loss of height to ceilings . Re sheeted , set , cornice , sanded ,cleaned up and complete in 2 and a half days . Client was absolutely stoked with the time frame we completed it in and finished product . If your having similar issues with your ceiling dont hesitate to give us a call , we can bring your ceilings back to life or completely replace them if need be for a fresh new finish that wont move or crack all within a couple of days in and out .
