14.01.2022 Toasting high-Summer in Yass from the comfort of a friends cottage It was so nice meeting so many new customers and locals over the weekend. I'm always inspired by the people I meet, and I can't wait to get back to the markets again soon. At the markets, I had a few questions about which of my blends were most suitable for the perfect southern-summer iced-tea ... Today I experimented with one of my most intriguing teas, the Peaches & Green. This green tea is blended with delicious Australian peach pieces Although it gives off a strong scent of peach on the nose, once brewed it is subtle, light and lingering. The perfect blend to brew, chill and sip on hazy summer evening Add some mint, fresh peach and honey to snazz it up a bit, and enjoy with friends as the sun calls it a day over Yass #bowningteaco #bowning #teatime

After a very busy few weeks developing recipes, packing tea, and creating our very special new jams, Bowning Tea Co will be back at Yass @riverbankmarkets from 10am Sunday morning. Our lovely labels have finally arrived, so we have the full range of tea available.
